Lambert's of Taos offers a fantastic dining experience with delicious food and a warm ambiance. The beet salad and Fried Calamari are standout dishes, and the bread service is excellent. The trout was prepared perfectly, and the Romaine salad was good and fresh. The Fried prawn appetizer was so good with the sauce, and cocktails were delicious. The Treehouse Lounge provides a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying creative cocktails. The service is great, with friendly servers who work as a team, and it's always amazing. Guests can enjoy drinks and dinner, with food that was delicious and service that was great. The ambiance is rustic but still sophisticated. Lambert's is a highly recommended spot.
