About Lambert's of Taos

Lambert's of Taos offers a fantastic dining experience with delicious food and a warm, rustic yet sophisticated ambiance. The beet salad and Fried Calamari are standout dishes, and the bread service is excellent. The trout was prepared perfectly, and the Romaine salad was good and fresh, often featuring tasty Spanish anchovy. The Fried prawn appetizer is highly recommended, especially with the flavorful sauce. The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere, whether inside or on the courtyard patio, which provides a lovely, private setting. The service is friendly and top notch, with staff working seamlessly as a team, making guests feel like royalty. Dishes like the filet mignon and the ruby trout demonstrate the skill of real chefs who understand food harmony, contrast, and presentation. Guests enjoy creative dishes, excellent sides, and a great wine list. The Treehouse Lounge offers a relaxing atmosphere for enjoying creative cocktails. Overall, Lambert’s is a highly recommended spot known for its delicious food, great service, and inviting environment.

The food and drinks were AMAZING!! We went here for our 30th anniversary. I had the Bison Tender Loin which was flavored and cooked to perfection and the carrot puree and broccolini were perfect compliments. The wife had King Salmon and it too was seasoned and cooked to perfection. We started with the Jumbo lump crab cake and was leery about the pimento cheese but after trying it it too as excellent! Wish I knew the Maitre D name but he was very accommodating and helpful. P.S....read full review

Great ambience and food was just ok for a fine dining restaurant. We ordered calamari for appetizer was too salty I think. Main course and homemade ice creams were good.
