Best food in Taos, hands down. Try the breakfast burrito con chorizo, the carne asada tacos, or the tortas. We’re eagerly waiting for Rosa to open up a location in the north side.
This is the best place ever. Saw cars there every time I passed so we got breakfast burritos on our last morning in Taos. Absolutely phenomenal. We got the veggie. Only mistake (our fault) is that you need to ask for pico- we thought green chili meant salsa. Great for vegetarians !Obsessed!
Stopped here on the way to Sante Fe. I had the Cubano Torta and it was so tasty! Massive sandwich! Paid $15.25 for a sandwich and a soda, which I felt was worth it considering the size and quality. I will say there was no lettuce which would have been nice but I think they were out completely.Just be prepared for a lot of flies - not their fault, it's nature.
