We have been to many Starbucks and this is by far the worst I’ve been too , apparently emptying rubbish bags was more a priority than my order !! Waited 5 mins without any acknowledgment before I walked out .

Ordered a beverage. Was the only one there. Inserted my debit card into the device to pay and the girl asked my name. I said “I’ll just wait right here for my drink.” She told me she wouldn’t sell me a drink unless I gave her my name. I was the ONLY one there. She refused to ring me up. 9/19/23 at 4:15 pm. Long dark hair. This employee is losing you business. I shop at Smith’s regularly and like to drink a coffee while I shop, but I won’t spend another dime here again after this. You can’t force people to provide their names to strangers, people.
Ordered a Americano, what I got was something very watered down and dissappointing. I told the batista this, but her response was flippant, "maybe just get a regular coffee?". In hindsight, I should have not bothered, but I needed to wake up and I was at Smiths getting groceries. Next time I will just go to World Cup.
