“While driving from Santa Fe, NM to Lubbock, TX, we wanted a quick stop and healthy meal, not the usual "fast food". We drove by a Subway, turned around and went back. Their 12-inch Italian BMT on wheat (which my wife and I split) met our criteria. The sandwich "fixings" were all fresh and generously added. A nice, generally healthy meal and we were back on the road in short order.“
