Very over priced. 40.00 for 20 chicken wings is a bit outrageous. This was not the price on the website we ordered from. Obviously there is more than one menu to order from on the internet? When called to inquire about their pricing was treated very rude.

Hit or miss depending oh who’s cooking. For example; Monday August 18th 2025 was fantastic. August, Wednesday 20th 2025 was absolutely terrible. It was dinner for four persons each time. We rely on the local restaurants here and unfortunately Trail Rider is a total crapshoot.
We eat here several times a month. Final decided it was time to leave a review.

Burger patties were hard hockey pucks. Buns were soggy in the center, old and stale around the ends. Garlic bread was rock hard.
Everyone’s meal was overly salted and
60% of the meals were thrown away.

Great atmosphere with upbeat and fun folks working there. Absolutely the best pizza and the fried green chili strips are simply amazing.

My husband and I were seated and it took about 10 minutes to get menus brought to us. The fly’s were terrible in the dining area. Ordered a pepperoni pizza it was pretty good. Waitress didn’t impress us at all. They need to do something about the flies.

Great little spot with occasional live music. Extremely friendly staff that is informative but not pushy at all. Try the Rueben with in-house smoked pastrami. Wow! Pizza has great crust/texture/taste.

Trail Rider Pizza in the East Mountains outside of Albuquerque, and along the Turquoise Trail is a gem! Ashlea the owner has cultivated a wonderful atmosphere where the staff is happy and so are the customers! The food is amazing, especially the new breakfast offerings of breakfast burritos and tacos!

We had a great time dining in today! The service is very friendly and attentive. The burgers are a 20/10- amazing. We ordered to go initially, but when we got there we wanted to see if we could dine in and they were so very kind and welcoming to let us.
We’re so happy they are here and have added so much to their new menu- we have always loved their pizza too, but it’s great having even more options! Definitely a great spot!
