“Linh’s Rice and Noodles. We felt like eating Chinese food for dinner. I searched Google Maps and found this food truck. Reviews were good, so we decided to try it. We had Kung pao chicken and General tso chicken. Plates came with white rice and a small, thin egg roll. I could have eaten more egg roll. Kung pao had a good amount of chicken, carrots, red & green bell peppers, onions and peanuts. It’s made fresh so I should said no onions- too many for my taste. The sauce had a good flavor. It was a spicy and had a few Thai chile peppers mixed in the dish. Overall, very delicious. General Tsas chicken was also very good. There were big chunks of chicken. The sauce was spicy, but flavorful. We’ll be back to try other items.“
