Just incredible, from start to finish. The food was brought out promptly, and was some of the best prime rib I've ever had. Everything was delicious. My server was attentive, and very kind. The owner even stopped by the table to make sure things were up to standard. I would come back to T or C just for this steakhouse. Do yourself a favor and enjoy a dinner here.
If you are anywhere within 30 miles of Truth or Consequences New Mexico, you Must make the trip to Los Arcos! I had no idea what to expect from this tiny town but this place was Incredible! The food was Fantastic, the service was Amazing, the owner himself even greeted us! The dessert! OMG let them talk you into dessert, I recommend the mud pie, it was Phenomenal! Save room, I promise you won't regret it! We live in Texas but we'll Definitely be back, this restaurant...
We were excited to try them out. Our server seemed to be struggling to check with all of us. The owner came by and grabbed refills and cleaned plates. In our opinion, food is not worth the money. We tried the $58 steak special for an 18 ounce ribeye. Requested it to be medium rare, one side was medium rare and the other side was very rare. Our server took it back to get thrown on the grill. Not too much flavor, which was disappointing.
