“We ate at Los Arcos last evening 2-23-2024. The food, as always, was excellent, the best in Truth or Consequences. Our server was Marisol, who was so cheerful and attentive. Our usual order is the steak salad for me and the fillet for my husband. Both so delicious and lots of food, with extra to take home! Every time we go to Los Arcos, the owner comes around to talk to the people at each table and make sure everything is OK. He's obviously a wonderful man who cares about his customers.
