We ordered 5 burritos and made it all the way home before realizing that we had only been given 4. We drove back, told Mary what happened, and she got us our fixed order right away. She was very sweet about it and it sounded like the kitchen was going to put in an effort to correct things for the future.

I had seen a couple of other Blake’s as I’ve been traveling in New Mexico the last few days, so decided to stop and try them before I crossed in Texas, and I’m glad I did! The menu is pretty straight forward, I got the New Mexico style Lotaburger and it was excellent! Their seasoned fries were also really good. Get a side of the Blakes sauce for your fries and add some to your burger for an extra spicy little pop. The service was also great, the employees were friendly and smiling. I’m sorry now that I didn’t try them a couple of days ago, but this restaurant will be on my list of must-do eateries on future trips. I had to take off a couple stars because the kitchen fan wasn’t working and the restaurant was kind of smoky, otherwise this would be all five stars

We stopped here for lunch on our way back from Colorado. Great food and service! Cashier was friendly and efficient. Food is prepared after ordering so it was fresh and hot. No pre-cooked garbage like other burger joints. Highly recommend!

I loved the Blake's Lotaburger ala New Mexico style which came with green chiles. It definitely had some savory heat which I especially liked. The fries were also really nice. ? My only caveat would be the chili. My friend ordered it but didn't care for it. But, if you like a little spice in your life, try the burger with the green chiles. I don't think you'll be sorry.

I read a number of reviews on this restaurant and they all look very good. However, I went in and ordered a chicken sandwich and onion rings and The food was horrible. It was so greasy the chicken sandwich all it had on it was pickles no lettuce and no tomatoes nothing no onions just 2 chicken tenders with pickles that’s it.
Do not be fooled by the reviews. This food was terrible.

Jesse and Raymond were very kind. Late night order and still great customer service! I preferred a frozen brownie and they were both kind for retrieving it for me. 100% recommend coming here! They were close to closing and everything looks spotless. Employees were using utensils as they should, safely, by the guidance of their managers. Great management as well!
Parking: Never really busy and even when they are, easy parking!

The morning crew of girls the casher Maria, doesn't know how to properly treat people and the kitchen lady Melissa that was making my husbands burger over because they got it wrong was not concerned about making just a patty with cheese she made a new order and was doing other orders before his and I was through eating and went up to the counter to take care of the issue and didn't take long after that and yelled our number and slammed the tray down the the counter. We won't go back if the girls are working but the night crew of men were amazing the night before! Thanks guys! The men are the only reason we will return,
Every time I travel down I-40, I stop at this Lotaburger. If it is morning, I get myself a carne adovado burrito. If it is later, I get a green chile bacon Lotaburger. They do it right every time. The employees are always friendly, and they take pride in what they do.

Tucumcari was good one night with the gentlemen working. Next day, maria was at register. Charged me for a lotabutger meal and only ASSUMED I wanted a single and had serous attitude when I went to get my patty and cheese then the nerve to argue with my wife about it then charged me an EXTRA $3.80 for the patty and cheese. The prep girl, ten minutes later threw the tray up and called my order number and walked away with serious attitude. Called to speak to a manager and got a girl who umm ummm, I'm a manager. NO. SHE WAS NOT. THIS NEEDS HANDLED FAST.
