The Cesar salad is to do for! I was able to take out ingredients I didn’t care for and add ingredients to my salad with such ease! The owners are completely 100% professional and also 100% genuinely friendly! Hey have soups, salads, & sandwiches!!! This place is a must try. They also delivery for those who get out or just would like delivery. Let’s support this small business in Tucumcari!!!
Great, healthy food! The Ramen and homemade soups are the bomb! Salads always fresh, and the owners are sweethearts. They care about you and the food you eat. It shows, too.

Seed to Salad Food Truck is an oasis in the desert and a true gem for all of New Mexico and the Southwest. Tucked right off of Route 66 in Tucumcari, it offers amazing, fresh, and vibrant food, perfect for road trips severely lacking vegetables. The salads are huge, tasty, filling, and absolutely amazing. Specific offerings include the Fajita Salad and the Cranberry Pecan salad, which comes with spring mix, whole pecans, craisins, red onion, celery, grape tomatoes, cucumber, tender chicken, and shaved Asiago, Parmesan, and Romano. The house made raspberry vinaigrette is a nice compliment.
They grow their own fresh greens and provide delicious probiotic spritzers, like the Grapefruit Probiotic Seltzer and Cranberry Orange Seltzer, which are refreshing and contain no high fructose corn syrup. The food is delicious, well presented, and handled professionally. The staff provides amazing hospitality; they are super nice, helpful, and professional. Many customers plan to stop every time they drive through and highly recommend this find.
