Had the Rubees melt and tater tot’s with green chili and cheese. IT WAS SO GOOD!!! We shared and it was plenty for the both of us! Highly recommended eating here when you drive through!

Great diner food! We had the Green huevos rancheros & French toast egg sandwich, really good food! Typical diner seating, folks were friendly. Will be back if passing through Tuc again.

We were traveling on coast-to-coast journey, and were delighted to discover authentic New Mexican breakfast--loved everything about it! Highly recommend Rubee's Huevos Rancheros.
