“I took off a star for service, but please don't thinks it's the folks that work here. The good folks that work here are courteous, friendly, accommodating and all around awesome; and the food is pretty good. It's a Subway so the atmosphere is what it is, as well. My gripe is with the phone app and how it interfaces with the local stores. DON'T USE THE SUBWAY APP. The app is very buggy and often messes up your order. The staff is great about trying to make it right, but the glitches with the app are very common now and the errors daily. Save yourself the aggravation and just go into the store to order. Then you can save yourself some drama and ensure you receive exactly what you want.“
