“First time in Annapolis Royal and we were very happy to stumble upon the Fort Ann Cafe on our travels. The food was excellent and the deserts were just as great. the waiter was very nice and offered helpful suggestions that did not disappoint.”

“Sissiboo Coffee Roaster was featured a couple years ago at a local coffee shop (I live in Ottawa) and their coffee was so good that every year I order several bags to give as Christmas gifts to my family and some for my partner and I. The Fundy Storm, Night Owl and Fireman Breakfast are our favourites (we love dark roasts) and my mother loves the Glacial Erratic.”

“Today we had an incredible homemde Italian Wedding Soup and Toasted Clubhouse Sandwiches. Our sandwich was prepared with homemade bakery bread, roast chicken, bacon, and fresh tomatoe. Our service was friendly and our meal came in a timely manner. A perfect lunch. We will be back. B&T”

“Easy to order and friendly. Food packaged well-sturdy container, no spills or leakage. Lots of sauces and fortune cookies. Sadly, the chicken (chicken balls) was tough and the Cantonese noodles were bland. Still, I would order again and give some other dishes a try!!

“We took our volleyball team here for dome pizza after a game. I called ahead to order and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Pizza was fresh out of the oven when we arrived and delicious! Definitely recommend!”

“Friendly, excellent service and meals! We shared the lobster cocktail and then I had the Orange Chili Scallops while hubby ordered the pan seared scallops. Both were delicious. I especially loved mine with the spaetzel as a side. It was delish with the orange chili sauce. Topped our meal off with the apple strudel.”

“We drove in to Annapolis Royal to see the sights, decided to find somewhere for lunch. So, we decided to stop for a sandwich and whatever else the bakery might have in the early afternoon. A spatzel sandwich with potato salad was a great choice, with a donut on the side to finish our lunch. If you’re in Annapolis Royal to see the sights, this bakery is just across the street from the fort. You’ll be happy!!”

“a child could make better food then this place and want the real truth look on trip advisor. they have 3.9 rating. it used to be until about 8 mths ago and now its not. i will not be back or recommend to anyone. the service is poor. when you pay with cash and the sever says now i have to go to my pruse to get you change something is wrong with this place. she never checked on the food once after serving it to us. we had to ask for drinks. and when i put a whole order of onion soup to the edge of the table after just giving it to me she never came to see why. we had to go get our bill to pay. and the dressing is not the greatest. since new people have taken over it has gone down hill. i will let people know to go here.”

“Best seafood chowder, loaded with lobster, scallops and haddock. We enjoyed a large serving and our waitress was delightful and very helpful. This is my go to Birthday restaurant every year. Even though it's 1hr 40mins from where I live, the trip is well worth it every single time. Highly reccomend!!”
