If you look at the reviews here afterwards, you really wonder why open price transparency isn't introduced. 25 dollars for 4 pieces of pastry is already steep and when it comes to the service (German), one can only say to all visitors: not all Germans are as emotionless and unfriendly as this service. Too bad! Being friendly costs nothing!
It’s so unfortunate that this wonderful establishment has only 3.9 stars, as the rating is highly undeserved and quite misleading. This place deserves 5 stars; my husband and I would give it 6 stars if we could! The staff are so warm, kind, funny, attentive, and helpful—they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. One of the proprietors even remembered a tiny detail in how I took my coffee when she prepared a to-go cup for me, just to make sure she got it right. The...
