Got 2 soft serve bowls from here for $17. Vanilla soft serve came out light brown and tasted off??? There are 2 different size bowls with 2 different prices but they don’t tell you that until checkout. The bowl dispenser is placed in the wall on top of one another so you cannot tell the difference in size with no signage. Minimal topping choices and those available looked crusty. The female cashier was very unfriendly. After the transaction we said thank you and the cashier did not say anything or make eye contact. I followed up saying “have a good day” and was again ignored.

Went in there today for the 1st time in a while..My little girl suggested it as she liked the Newbie 'ice cream' cone..
Im sure last time we had it the ice cream was much nearer ice cream than what we had today. First of all it was an off white colour not the smooth chocolate colour and flavour we had before. This was awful and as artificial as you can get. Christ knows what it was..Sounds like cost cutting to me..They think you wont notice after it has been dipped in the limited choice of chocolate toppings... Yuk !

Horrible service. Have been trying to call them for a month now to see if they’re open. Finally decided to drive 30 min to check and they ended up being open. Wont answer their phones, when I went in no one was at the desk and took 5 min for someone to come from out back. He didn’t seem friendly at all and the candies were stale / hard as rock.Wont be visiting again, save yourself the trip.

So disappointed as I love Gojis! The staff was in the back. She didn’t come out when we entered the store or when other customers entered. She didn’t present herself in a friendly manner when she came out. We stood there waiting for about 5 minutes before she came out to check us out. Customers shouldn’t have to wait for staff. I understand if she was to come out and say I’m just finishing up something I’ll be right with you. But customers should always be your top priority. That’s what I was always taught. Especially when you have a lineup. The ice cream wasn’t like i remember it either. So unfortunate!
