Horrible service. Have been trying to call them for a month now to see if they’re open. Finally decided to drive 30 min to check and they ended up being open. Wont answer their phones, when I went in no one was at the desk and took 5 min for someone to come from out back. He didn’t seem friendly at all and the candies were stale / hard as rock.Wont be visiting again, save yourself the trip.

So disappointed as I love Gojis! The staff was in the back. She didn’t come out when we entered the store or when other customers entered. She didn’t present herself in a friendly manner when she came out. We stood there waiting for about 5 minutes before she came out to check us out. Customers shouldn’t have to wait for staff. I understand if she was to come out and say I’m just finishing up something I’ll be right with you. But customers should always be your top priority. That’s what I was always taught. Especially when you have a lineup. The ice cream wasn’t like i remember it either. So unfortunate!
