Woman taking orders walked away from the till for over 15+ mins, not to mention, wait time for drink after waiting 30 mins to order is usually over an hour. This isn’t a one time thing either - it’s everyday. If you don’t have an hour and a half to waste, don’t come.

Honestly, for a campus student-oriented cafe/starbucks, this location is awful. Sure, the staff are very friendly however you are waiting over 30 minutes for a drink let alone even just a sandwich. For students who have classes and a small time frame in between them, this is no place to grab a coffee or quick bite to eat. It is ridiculous how long we are waiting, they need to hire more staff for sure.

The staff are great. The management would do well to change cleaning products. The floors always smell like really gross bleach like a dirty pool vibe. The bathrooms always have the hot water cut off even in the freezing winters. This is bad for washing hands and having freezing hands in the winter. A little bit of hot water would be neglible in overhead especially in such a large building.

Cute little coffee shop on campus.
We are here on vacation and it's a nice spot to visit (I think school is out right now lol). Baristas gave our son a pup cup and loved watching him enjoy the whipped cream. He's 10 months old, I guess I should mention that.
Friendly service, drinks were tasty and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable.
