My friend and I heard many details about this restaurant. They said the fishing chips were incredible and so was the service. We showed up there today and there was only one young waitress working. It seemed she was new and training. She could not handle the dining. Room, it was some of the poor service on Cape bright island. My friend over in a coffee and took 10 minutes to get cream for it. We weren't even offered any water for about 7 to ten minutes We both Ordered the fish in chips We asked how many pieces it was. The waitress responded. We are serving only 2 pieces at this time. I watched everybody in the restaurant. Get a 2 piece fish-and-chips who had ordered fish-and-chips. When it was time to come to us, we had only received one piece each. There was about 6 French fries that were burnt and well overcooked as well as one piece of overcooked fish and 1 tiny little piece of lemon. There was about a thimbleful of tartar sauce and half a small container of coolthat seemed to be very old.The fish was way overcooked as were the fries.I'll never go back here ever again

We went to this restaurant because it was the only one in the area that served hot vegetarian meals. I had the veggie burger which was sour and not tasty. The mashed potatoes were too greasy for my liking. The chicken fingers and fries were good. So was the Cajun fish.
Vegetarian options: The veggie burger is not good. It's too sour. The patty was too dense. Sadly, I didn't see any other vegetarian hot mail options.

Amazing experience here! When we arrived the patio was not open but staff graciously opened it up when they saw we had our dog with us. The service was great even though we were the only ones outside so a bit of extra work. The food hot the spot - we tried the fish tacos and fish n chips and both were made with fresh ingredients and tasted amazing. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area or traveling through.

Absolutely one of the best dining experiences I've ever had the pleasure of enjoying. Had the super fresh calamari and delicious brushetta that tasted like it came straight from the garden. Enjoyed an amazing Cesear drink and some fresh homemade lemonade with a side of local live music and top notch service. Would come back again and again. ♡♡

Great little place with big windows over looking over the dock. Had the bruschetta to start which was very tasty. Meals were haddock and it was a very large piece perfectly prepared, and lobster linguini which was delicious. For dessert the warm gingerbread and the homemade blueberry pie, both were absolutely great. Our waiter Zach was helpful and attentive.
