Choice to eat inside or on patio. The view inside is very nice. The wait was reasonnable given how busy it was. The food was excellent but quite on the pricey side. Waiter was great and I like that they bring a small light to your table. If you don't eat seafood like I do, you'll find the menu choice quite limited.

A breath of fresh air!! In a world of Kardashians and Jake Pauls… here is your Liam Neeson. Easy to have a stoic moment on the patio with enjoying every bite of freshly prepared delicacies and sweet swallow of local brews! Great staff that opened our minds to different items on the menu and knowledge of the area. Watched the sailing camp on the salt water lake, the yacht owners parking their life savings and a tour boat unload its satisfied passengers. I will be back again, hell I might be a regular. 9.5/10

We had an amazing experience at the Bell Buoy Bistro, the food was very scrumptious, and the atmosphere was good too, we were seated outside and had a view of the street. The food was a bit pricy but definitely worth it, the Bell Buoy Bistro Roaster Wings were delectable, and the Cajun Haddock was good too. Once again, it was pricy but definitely worth it. Would recommend to try at least once, if your in Baddeck or anywhere in Cape Breton.

I had the seafood trio and it’s without a doubt the best meal I have had since I arrived to Nova Scotia 6 days ago. The service is also very attentive and effective, from the man who greeted me with kindness and a smile to Sofia, who recommended the dish and made sure I was served quickly to arrive on time at the Ceilidh.

We just had dinner at the Bell Buoy Bistro, and I just had to post a review. The meal was so good! I had the Cajun haddock and everything on my plate was cooked to perfection. My husband had the pan fried haddock, and it was just as good. I would absolutely eat there again.

Amazing place to eat! Went 2 days in a row for the mushroom caps stuffed with lobster- was absolutely delicious! Hubby had the rueben & maple salad which were great as well. For desert we had the rhubarb crunble which was super yummy. We went during mid- afternoon so wasn't busy & no live music. Beautiful place to sit in the A/c and be right on the water. Was also cool to see the yacht club kids do all their stuff on the water. So happy we tried this place out & we weren't disappointed.
