Nice folks. Mediocre to just-ok pizza. It tasted pretty good (cheese and pepperoni), but whoever put ours together needs to go back to pizza making class. Ours came with the pepperoni placed under the cheese and sauce. This is backwards. In pizza making around the world (except for you Chicago deep dish wackos - I love you though), it’s crust, sauce, cheese(s), then toppings (especially pepperoni which needs more time to cook). This is a great pizza place that looks pretty popular and has lots of eating and seating options. We were staying in town a couple nights and had just come from a boat tour on our way to the Ceilidh nearby so grabbed a few pizza slices for dinner. They were really good - tasted like “real” pizza with fresh ingredients. Definitely recommend!
Ordered a pizza in the craziness of Festiville Baddeck last night. Ordered after the event as we were a vendor. They were flat out all night. Lineups around the patio. Called and the friendly girl on the phone was efficient and sweet. 20 minutes later we had our meat lovers pizza and on our way. It was absolutely delicious. I was impressed after seeing what they went through during the festival. Definitely recommend their pizza and staff. Kudos to your team!
