We love wine and have been to many tastings, but this was hands down the best wine tasting experience we’ve ever had. Brendan is incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and passionate about what he does. The tasting goes far beyond wine and cider—you’re treated to outstanding cheese boards featuring delicious chili crisp, cowboy candy, jams, and other thoughtful pairings that elevate the entire experience.

What we thought would be a quick 30-minute tasting turned into more than two hours of great conversation, learning, and exceptional wines. Every minute was worth it.

Without taking anything away from the neighboring vineyard, Casa Nova’s wines were, in our opinion, on another level. This was a highlight of our trip, and we can’t recommend it highly enough.“
