Poor drive thru service went and ordered the food that i wanted when i got around to the drive thru window i paid for the meal received my change back but no meal was given so i left with no meal least you guys got your paycheck money for free basically a scam get the money and i received no meal real bad service then when i realized i had no meal after driving off i returned and they told me i would had to pay again after paying already they just laughed at me and i left wont be back

Noone will answer the phone. Just got a teen burger combo an the pop tastes like chemicals or something. Can't drink it an work too far away to come back just thought you should know so you can fix it

First time I ever experienced poor customer service at this restaurant..I have been there many times before and never an issue. I asked for a mama burger with cheese the lady read the order back 3 times then when I go to the window she read it again and it was still wrong. I order a coke and rootbeer when I asked which was which she said take the top off the cup. Maybe better training is required.

Just went through the drive thru and the order was wrong. Ordered a teen no onions and it had onions. Also a mozza burger and it had no tomatoes and I wanted tomatoes. Order number 488. Not very impressed. Tried to call and it goes to the fax machine.

Changed my 5 star from a few years ago to this. Employees are all rude and short with communication. They simply don’t want to work.They fall apart when a few orders come in. What would be slow to another fast food restaurant is udder chaos to this one. Their manager is the only saving grace there. She is amazing and positive, I feel bad she had to deal with such incapable staff.
