“I went to this A&W late at night for my pick up order, and the staff were energetic and happily serving customers amidst their closing duties. I requested freshly fried fries and chicken and they committed to the request. One of the staff also offered me a hot beverage while waiting owing to heavy rain.

One of the best customer service at a fast food restaurant. Hats off to the employees, they deserve a raise. Will definitely be back.“

I also noticed that some staff members hold the cup by the lid when handing orders to customers. I believe this is not hygienic, as people drink directly from the lid. However, overall, the service is quick and efficient.“
