Firstly, I only leave reviews if I really feel something was terrible.

I have been a customer at red chillies since they opened.

I have been a vegetarian for 20 years.

I ordered for family and friends a few weeks ago.

Part of the order was veg samosas.

I took a bite and turned out to be chicken.

I did reach out and was told someone would look into it.

They didn't, and after nearly 30 messages to try and get this solved, (I would prefer they told me to do one instead of no answer) I felt it only necessary to leave a review.

In general the food is good. The service is OK. But not dealing with a customer complaint is inexcusable. Thus I will be using a new Indian restaurant for future orders.

All the best. This review can be adjusted or removed if I get a suitable response.

Very disappointing experience.

Google says they are open until 9:30 PM, but when we arrived around 9:00 PM, the waitress said dine-in was already closed and only takeout was available until 9:30.
What made the experience worse was the attitude of the staff. The staff seemed uninterested in serving customers and the interaction felt rude and unwelcoming. This kind of service can seriously impact a business because customers do notice when staff do not seem willing to work or provide proper service.
For a restaurant, closing dine-in at 9:00 PM does not make sense, especially when that is still a normal dinner time. They should either update their Google hours clearly or extend their dine-in hours.

The food was quite enjoyable and flavorful. However, I must express my disappointment with the service. I had ordered biryani, and it unfortunately took a considerable amount of time to be delivered. My friends and family had all finished their meals while I was still awaiting mine. It was disheartening that there was no acknowledgment of this delay. I was quite upset by this experience. The ambiance was average, but the food itself was good.

It’s our go to place be it dine in or take out. It would be good if the tandoori chicken is served with a dip other than the green chutney. Not everyone likes green chutney.

I ordered the paneer dosa with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The first and biggest issue was that the paneer filling tasted spoiled and had a noticeably bitter flavor. The taste was unpleasant from the very first bite and immediately raised concerns about the freshness and quality of the ingredients being used.

In addition to the taste issue, the dosa was barely stuffed with paneer. For a dish specifically marketed as a paneer dosa, I expected a generous filling, but there was very little paneer inside. The combination of the sparse filling and the bitter, seemingly spoiled taste made the dish difficult to enjoy.

Food quality and freshness are the most important aspects of any meal, and this experience fell well below expectations. I was genuinely concerned by the flavor and ended up not finishing much of the dish. Given the price and the reputation of the restaurant, I expected much better quality control.

I hope the restaurant looks into this feedback seriously, as serving food that tastes spoiled can significantly affect a customer's trust and overall experience. Unfortunately, this visit left me disappointed, and I would think twice before ordering this dish again.

Did not enjoy the food at all. Porotta was very stiff and dry, beef was too salty. Did not like the chilly chicken. The chicken fried rice was good. The whole restaurant did not appear clean. Tables were dirty, utensils too. Service was extremely poor and slow. The lady staff at the front was inattentive and rude.

I ordered chicken biryani recently. The biryani rice was all broken and soggy. There was only one piece of chicken and gravy could taste nothing but tomato puree. I specifically chose the super spicy version of biryani and was a disappointment at every level. I used to love the biryani from this place, but sadly the quality of food has degraded to the level that i have decided not to order from this place again.

Worst chicken tikka masala curry I've ever had. The masala was way too bitter and completely tasteless — absolutely no flavour at all. The chicken itself was bad too, not something I'd ever order again. Total waste of money. If you're craving Indian chicken, don't bother coming here. Go somewhere else.

Great tandoori and excellent naan. I recommend the tandoori platter. I also loved the beef with coconut (ularthiyath).
