It is a consistent and genuine surprise that this place isn't PACKED 24/7. Consistently been my favorite restaurant in NS. Service is amazing, food is always served quickly and the quality is so incredibly consistent it makes me wonder how other restaurants manage to mess up so often. Even when the power was out in the bedford area, they still offered to cook and the quality was amazing. This is one of them ones. (Only downside is the Ramen, I'd go to Buta Ramen instead...

What a find. This restaurant is a jewel in downtown Bedford. Ordered takeout on Christmas Eve for twelve people. Every one of the dishes we ordered from their extensive menu was well presented and enjoyed by everyone. Would highly recommend this sushi experience. Thanks to the very cordial staff as well.

The sashimi and nigiri were incredibly fresh and delicious.
The owner personally came out to greet me, which made the experience even more special. The service was warm and genuinely friendly.
I’m definitely planning to visit again soon, and I highly recommend this place to the Bedford community!
