Very poor customer service the lady who takes the orders are so cranky and rude. Very very very slow, they need more staff to serve customers Instead of making people waiting for almost an hour for a three cheese pastry. I will think twice before I make the drive to Bedford again to order from them.

Very bad customer service. Waited for over an hour for my order. 3 customers came after me and all were served before I did. Her excuse was they had placed their order by phone. Not true because one of those customers was my buddy who was riding with me. No need for misleading or lying .. just admit you screwed up

Horrible service and be careful they don't over charge you because they will not do a refund. The food is disappointing as well.
