Went through the drive thru today and the lady who took my order was so incredibly rude not only at the speaker but when I got to the window as well. Since I didn’t have my method of payment ready right as soon as I pulled up she rudely closed the window so I left and will never be back.

Worst Tim Hortons of all, unfriendly staff. For quality was average, never visiting this particular place again. Just went through the reviews and found exactly the same kind of experiences at this place. You should either stop this franchise or give them proper training on customer service. Running this place is not going to give you any profits rather harming reputation.

Toasted bagel was burnt black around the edges. Atmosphere was so so. All the staff members were getting along so well it almost made it seem like we customers were interupting!

We went to the Bedford Commons Tim Hortons this evening and ordered 6 walnut crunches that we were charged the extra charge for and 6 apple fritters. We just got home and very disappointed to see that the walnut crunches were coconut covered chocolate doughnuts.
The worst customer service ever. I went in this afternoon around 2:25 pm there was one person serving the front counter guest. While she was serving the other people there were two other team members just hanging around at the back talking to each other. I waited for them to come and take our order but they just kept talking. I asked the guy with black turban and yellow tshirt, if he could serve me and he got offensive and said the person on front counter is doing that who was in middle of serving other customers. He said she will serve you while he was doing nothing. He approached the counter and said everyone has their own duties so he won’t serve me. He asked to me leave the store. I asked him if wanna see the manager for his behaviour. He addressed himself as the manager. I was unable to understand how he was the manager if he can’t help his team and focus on SOS and customer satisfaction. Another thing he didn’t have a name tag on. Its policy to wear the name tag and designation at job during the working hours. This is absolutely wrong behaviour which should be taken care of. He even made a racist comment that if it was a white person instead of me they would wait as well. How is that relevant in that conversation. Will also report this to head office. He was so offensive that my friend had to pull me so that he doesn’t hit me. That was inappropriate and unacceptable.

Favorite spot for a quick coffee and snacks whenever I go for shopping in Bedford Commons. If you're looking for a comfortable spot with great coffee and treats, this Tim Hortons is definitely worth a visit. Huge seating area. The Staff is friendly but need to be little more focused on the waiting times, sometimes it takes too long to place an order.
Parking: Very convenient location, plenty of parking spots
