I am in a group of regulars that meet daily at this Tim’s. The staff know all of us by name, they know all of our orders, probably because we are repetitive ? Just moved to the area and the staff are all so sweet. They seem to know all their regulars by name and are just so pleasant.Unfortunately their location had a non-functional fan above their oven so the restaurant gets sweltering hot. I really wish corporate would prioritize this and fix it so their employees can have a safe and healthy working environment. Please do better for your lovely team.

There is no drive in this location. The wait time is extremely long and the service is very slow and very disorganized . Like most Tim Hortons outlets are going down here Hill. Maybe they should close that Tim Hortons and open a Robinson doughnut. I think Tim Hortons thinks they have gotten too big to cater to the customers.
