The employees are always friendly. I really like the egg white bites. Yum. Cinnamon raisin bagels with peanut butter taste great.
They keep giving me what clearly tastes like steeped tea when I ordered coffee and I've had to chase staff down for the food from the case I ordered. Often dirty but the staff are too busy socializing to pick the trash up off the tables.
Regular stop for my takeout coffee before work , quick and convenient, and mobile ordering is a win. Only request: please remind staff that smiles are free and customers love them 😄 A little friendliness goes a long way. Still one of my go-to Tims!

Tim Hortons serves tasty coffee and delicacies, despite being crowded and sometimes confusing. The staff, including polite and hardworking employees from the Indian community, provide good service. The layout can be poor, and wait times may vary, but the coffee is worth the wait.
