The coffee isn't great, it always tastes old, and they gave us bagels this morning with almost no butter on them, they were so dry it was like eating a dry toasted bagel...plus we ordered and everything and a plain, we got two plain ones.
The drivethru is extremely slow, the longest time we waited was 35mins in the drivethru and there was only 6 cars ahead of us. Even the walk-in had a lineup out the door. I find that this particular drivethru needs more staff.
