“It was a worthwhile experience to taste a few wines at the winery and enjoy the view of the beautiful Annapolis Valley. The wines tasted different to what you are used to from supermarket wines from Europe, they were fresher and had different flavors. The price was reasonable at 13CAD for three tasting glasses. The outdoor area could be made even more attractive, but the bird deterrent noises were also a bit irritating. (09/2024)“

“We had a lovely visit to this winery. The wines tasted were fine; we particularly the Acadie and the Rosé.. The cheese board was beautiful and deliciouly varied. The splendid setting was reminiscing of New Zealand wineries. Last but not least: Hannah took care of us in a most attentive way, she was lovely! A delightful visit.“

“I have done a couple winery tours in Wolfville but this was the first time visiting Mercator Vineyards. The building is beautiful and very tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. They have a beautiful area upstairs for larger groups. The only downfall was the amount of each pour at the tasting. The amount of wine given for each wine tasting was SO much less than every other winery we visited, it definitely wasn’t an ounce. It appeared to be more like 1/4 an ounce. It was so obvious that a number of people in our tour made a comment about it. I’m not sure if the staff member was just a new employee, as he had mentioned he was a student at a university in the area? I’m not sure.. but other than that, it was a great visit!! Shoutout to the staff member from Newfoundland.. you’re awesome!!“

“We stopped in Saturday for a tasting and some food. Had the pizza of the day, garden salad and a couple of flights and oh the lemonade!

The food and beverages were simply amazing. The only thing that surpassed it was our server, Lauren! The absolute best service ever! We would be back simply for her to take care of us!“
