What a way to spend thanksgiving, with family. Ok, it was not homemade in our kitchen! However; it was absolutely amazing, and Dean should be proud of the staff. The meal was delicious and plentiful! Our server was knowledgeable about the menu. Food, drinks came at a reasonable time. The mood of the restaurant was perfect for a family dinner. The decor is beautiful and warm. There aren’t many places in our small village, that you can feel like you’re being spoiled; at the sunroom you feel like you’re being spoiled. I would totally recommend this place anybody in the village or if you’re visiting from afar.

Our group of 5 enjoyed our delicious meals. One of our guests is Celiac and the chef created a superb GF meal. It’s so comforting to go to a restaurant where the staff are knowledgeable about celiac.

Tuna sashimi was fabulous and the lamb rack delicious. Beautiful room to celebrate a special occasion. Server did a marvellous job despite summer staff having left.
Thanks so much.

The decor was beautiful, service was amazing but the food was just disapointing . Halibut was dry and overcooked. Lemon tart was tasteless.
Maya took very good care of us both times we dined at the Sunroom. Good food, great service, and a wonderful setting. The best in Chester.

The hostess/waitress was lovely, welcoming and very attentive...great atmosphere, lovely dining room, however, the food we both ordered was awful....the chicken was moist, tender but tasted terrible and the tortellini was tasteless and awful. Presentation of both was great...just didn't taste good! I am so disappointed to have to give this report on the food. The restaurant itself is beautiful with a lovely patio with charming black and white striped umbrellas... I would recommend a new chef/cook i am sorry to say.

Thank you for a lovely evening celebrating the milestone birthdays of two dear friends! Atmosphere was very relaxed, our meals were incredible (especially considering our party of 4 included one celiac and one vegetarian) cocktails were yummy - overall simply a truly enjoyable evening. The surprise fizz and dessert with candle for our friends was very thoughtful!
Absolutely fantastic had one of the best meals out I have ever had. Staff were welcoming and efficient. Bathrooms were clean with spotless white towels, the chef Kevin produced an absolutely spectacular meal. They had just changed their menu the day before and we had asked for the creme brulee which had been on the old menu, they looked and still had a couple left, so glad they did it really was outstanding, they should put it back on the new menu. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant, we will definitely be back and bring family and friends.

Enjoyed one of the best dinners ever this evening. Halibut with Vichyssoise sauce on a bed of fennel carrot purée, accompanied by steamed vegetables. Beautiful presentation. Absolutely delicious. Service excellent, atmosphere civilized, quiet.

Very disappointing, was expecting more after seeing photos and reading reviews. 5 of us came in for dinner tonight and immediately didn’t feel welcome. Quality of the food does not match the price point. Sadly we will not be returning.
Service was excellent, evening atmosphere was very enjoyable, and food/cocktails we ordered were very good albeit a wee bit pricey for what we got. Chalking that up the location and concept. Will definitely dine again and try other dishes.

A bit noisy and hard to hear my two table mates. It was full and the service suffered. Very good food.

We were staying near Chester and we wanted kick it up a notch for Sunday dinner. We'd had dinner at Nicki's years ago and loved the space. The Sunroom menu was full of promise, so we made a reservation. We were not disappointed. Very comfortable and cheery dining room. Pleasant and attentive staff. One lady had been around through most of the place's owners. Now, the food. My wife is still raving about the halibut. Me, the scallops. And both of us, the bread pudding special. Pricing is above the other restos in Chester, but this is dining - and well worth it. We'll be back.
