Typical Tim's but it can kinda slow because it's a busy Tim's. Nonpeak times aren't too bad. This needs to be a bigger Tim's as the workers are very cramped. I really enjoyed the breakfast sandwich. Bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin. Getting out of the parking lot is also a bit of a challenge so consider alternative parking if you got a large vehicle. The staff generally does a good job, although there are occasional issues like not greeting customers or handling cash and food with the same gloves, which could cause contamination. The drive-thru crew is often busy and does a great job. Parking is ample, including handicapped spots. Some customers noted having to mix their own drinks, and at times, food and drinks can be too hard, cold, or not filled to the top. Recently, some staff members appeared unengaged, and there was concern about the quality of customer service, with reports of no smiles or greetings and a lack of attention to detail, such as small coffee sizes. Overall, it's a decent choice for a quick bite, but minor inconveniences and inconsistencies in service may occur.
