What a disappointment this morning terrible coffee the meal was so gross 🤢 soft hash browns full of grease and the breakfast sandwiches were ugly to look at. We had a great experience in Ontario but never again. Why is there no quality control at theses franchises?

I was happy to see something other than tim Hortons. Very shortly after I was disappointed. The coffee tasted like coffee flavoured cream. The iced coffee same thing. The donuts were just slightly better than tim Hortons. Looks like I'll be boycotting them too.
Why is it so hard to get a decent cup of coffee from somewhere?

We stopped here on our way to Skyline Trail. We were throughly impressed with the service, the gentleman who took our order was attentive and accurate. The coffee was great, donut was awesome and our breakfast sandwich was surprisingly better than tim hortons!

I drink Robins for flavour, not caffeine content. My double chocolate doughnut was soft and delicious, my coffee was hot, smooth and tasty. Service was quick, and the 2 women behind the counter were nice. These things are seldom found at the big, red and white chain. The bathrooms were nice too, clean and spacious. No baby change table, at least in the bathroom I used, unfortunately.
Always heart warming to see every Robins I go to have a table of local retirees chatting.
Service, flavour, price and locations are why I like Robins.

The drinks we got were all amazing, coffee, hot chocolate, absolutely recommend their blended mocha chilas, the cake pops were out of this world. Great experience overall
Terrible!!!…stood at the counter for more than 10mins while the lady took care of the only two vehicles at the drive thru window who were also clearly angry…after they left she proceeded to count and separate the tips on the cash register…while I’m standing watching…when she GINALLY came to the counter I was greeted with…do you want something…not very good customer service and I’d rather go thru caffeine withdrawal than go back to this site….and to finish…NO robins branded ANYTHING on this lady’s body…do better robins…not impressed at all

Made a quick stop for coffee while out sight-seeing in Cheticamp today. The coffee was delicious! We regret not getting any baked goods! Would definitely go back!!
