Ordered a chicken Caesar salad on door dash that came up to be 27$. Arrived with no dressing. That is a vital ingredient of a CAESAR SALAD, how do you forget the dressing?. Chicken was dry and I refuse to eat any of this. And since it was ordered on door dash, complaining through the website only refunded me 6.33$. safe to say I will never order from Boston pizza again.

I live in Dartmouth all my life if I had to pick between Portland Street , Boston Pizza .or Dartmouth Crossing I’d picked Dartmouth Crossing All the way! They always are my first choice. Customer service is very good. You’re not waiting at a table for long to order your food or the waitress doesn’t forget about you , they’re really professional, at that location . The food is well cook there. I don’t ever have any complaints on the Dartmouth Crossing location & very respectful staff .
Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of floor space for those are wheelchair accessibility .
Kid-friendliness: There's alot of choices on the kids menu there's free dessert for kids and there's games on the other side of the kids menu there's a kids card where when the adults buy any meal the kids eat free except for the big kids meal and the fancy schmancy desserts which are extra 2 dollars the waiters are really nice

When our group arrived, they did not have the reservation on their schedule. Not a great OpenTable experience! Luckily, they were not busy so they could accommodate our group of seven. The restaurant and service were good, but your online booking experience was very poor.
Apparently Boston Pizza no longer uses Open table. Luckily the restaurant could accommodate us even though we did not have a reservation according to them🤪

The resturant was clean and the food was fresh and arrived in a fimely manner. The server was awesome and was veey attentive. The bathrooms were spotless as well.

Was sat down, given menus, and told our server would be by. We sat for almost 15 minutes and each time someone walked by the made a point to not make eye contact like we weren't there. Half of them were folding forks and laughing, some on their phone, and one or two bussing tables. It's was 1830, not overly busy, I'd say moderate. We walked out and gave the menues back and left. We had been there numerous times no issue but today and the last time we were there was awful. No one even asked if we wanted a drink or if anyone served us. We came in with two of our small children who were quite hungry. We walked out and went to Harvey's on Main St. Highly recommend the Harvey's!
