We are always happy with our food and services when we go to this location!! Sarah and Sophie are amazing !! ( I hope Im not messing up their names, they are sisters and I’m not known for my memory ) They are always so patient with our son, he has autism and he takes a little while for him to say his order but they never rush him and are so kind!! Food is always delicious too!!

Sat in bar section opposed to restaurant, lots of tvs on with various sports, was a Thursday evening 19:30'ish, entire establishment was quite for the most part. 5 of us in total, our server was great, she has been working there for 8 years, polite, friendly, smart, cute, the whole thang! Tried a few new dishes off their new menu, plus some old time favs and we all agreeded BP'S was a good choice:)

Had a great experience at Boston Pizza Dartmouth! The service was excellent from start to finish. Friendly, attentive staff who made us feel really welcome. The food was delicious, came out quickly, and everything was fresh and well prepared.
What stood out most was how kid-friendly the atmosphere is. It’s such an easy place to bring children without feeling stressed, and the staff were wonderful with families. Definitely a great spot for a casual meal whether you’re with kids or just looking for good food and service.

Since this location is super close to where I live, I end up coming here pretty often.
The food is always good and stay consistent. You always know exactly what you’re getting, and it never disappoints.
The service is decent overall, though it can be a vary. Some days the staff is on top of it, and other days it's not quite as great.
Its exactly what you’d expect from a typical Boston Pizza.
It’s a reliable,and good spot that I’ll definitely keep coming back to.

Easy pickings: Monday night meals edition. I always love a chain restaurant, and BP’s is pretty good. Yesterday, the fried foods were a little over fried. But love the new mozzarella sticks, the sauce was great. Should’ve kept the cilantro on the fish tacos, they were a little boring, but not bad. The service was good, we got what we needed! There could’ve been a little bit more speed on bills and the exiting process as there were not that many tables. It was also trivia night on the bar side. Might have to try back on that on another Monday..

The tacos are excellent! And what can I say about the service! We were a group of 65 people and only gave them 2 hours’ notice. They welcomed us with outstanding service. Everyone was served quickly. Honestly, I’m impressed! Thank you to the whole team for such a warm welcome.

Had a great meal here tonight ! My server cassidy was absolutely amazing and so sweet. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the menu and the gluten free / celiac safe options available. I really appreciated the fact that she took my food restriction serious and was so helpful. I got the gluten wise wings and a Caesar salad along with the gf brownie for dessert. Food tasted great and had no celiac reaction. Overall lovely experience! Will definitely come here again.

I don’t usually write reviews for restaurants, but this experience at this Boston Pizza location was too disappointing to ignore.
The service was extremely slow and inattentive. Our server walked past our table multiple times without checking in, asking how the food was, or seeing if we needed anything else. I ordered a drink, but it was never brought to the table. Despite clearly noticing us, she continued serving other tables while completely ignoring ours.
After waiting for a long time with no service, we finally decided to ask for the bill and leave. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of professionalism—there was no apology or acknowledgment for forgetting the drink or the poor service.
The food itself was okay, but the service was unacceptable and ruined the entire experience. Would not recommend this location.

Fries were very spicy, apparently they cook the regular fries in the same grease as the spicy fries so they are very spicy. Quality just wasn't what it was in the past. Manager did come out right away but the noise from the 7 year old birthday made is very unenjoyable. I won't go again.
