Last night , 4 of us ladies decided we go and enjoy fishbowl Friday. Two out of the 4 of us work in the restaurant scene and the service we dealt with last night at BP Portland st was beyond pathetic. We all order a fishbowl, 2 of us get our fishbowls while the other 2 didn’t come to our table for 15 mins later. Also ordered some appetizers, and one person ordered a meal. She was asked if she would like her meal when the apps come. She replied with “it doesn’t matter”. I’m thinking, if everyone else gets apps and only one person orders a meal, you’d think it would prob come together. It didn’t , that’s fine. We eat the apps, mean while the waitress takes 1 of the dirty plates off the table , the table is now covered in empty glasses/ plates. The meal has still not arrived after 20 mins of finishing the apps. We look around for our waitress, she is busy sitting in a booth with her friends socializing. I flag down another waitress, she goes back to check for the food and lo and behold comes right back with it. Warm Philly cheesesteak sandwich and cold garlic mashed potatoes. Nice! Our waitress finally comes round to do her job again and ask if we need anything else. One person asked for a beer, didn’t even give anyone else a chance to order another drink and leaves. In bringing the 1 drink back, I just requested the bills. I hope she knows she didn’t even deserve the $8 tip she got from the whole table. 1/10

Had a great lunch at Boston Pizza! Our server, Madeline was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The food was delicious and came out quickly, which was perfect for a workday lunch. Great service, great food. Will definitely be back!

The hostess Savannah was lovely and was so accommodating! She was so fast at cleaning tables and sat everyone at the door not to mention also taking customer payments on top of her other tasks! Wonderful hosts and staff!
Ordered a chicken Caesar salad on door dash that came up to be 27$. Arrived with no dressing. That is a vital ingredient of a CAESAR SALAD, how do you forget the dressing?. Chicken was dry and I refuse to eat any of this. And since it was ordered on door dash, complaining through the website only refunded me 6.33$. safe to say I will never order from Boston pizza again.

I live in Dartmouth all my life if I had to pick between Portland Street , Boston Pizza .or Dartmouth Crossing I’d picked Dartmouth Crossing All the way! They always are my first choice. Customer service is very good. You’re not waiting at a table for long to order your food or the waitress doesn’t forget about you , they’re really professional, at that location . The food is well cook there. I don’t ever have any complaints on the Dartmouth Crossing location & very respectful staff .
Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of floor space for those are wheelchair accessibility .
