I've been making wine and beer at Minecrafters for years. I've been a wine enthusiast for years, and making wine with a trained Sommelier is a real treat.
Fine wines 🍷. Alan is very informative and the wines he suggests when I tell him what I am looking for in a wine are right on.

Winecrafters was my first winemaking stop after my return to Dartmouth in the Fall of 2021. I made two batches of my favorite German whites then and have returned to restock my cellar.
