“Finally had the chance to try Maria’s. Fresh pasta (Mafaldini) had never seen this shape before, 1/4”wide or so, looked like a lasagna noodle),Rosa Sauce and the best Lemoncello cake ever! Made chicken parm with the sauce and noodles and it was excellent. I can see this being a regular stop for take home ingredients. Also want to try the Porchetta sandwich so next Friday it’s marked on the calendar!“

“Lunchtime $5 slice is decent. If you call in be prepared to scream into your phone or they will hang up on you.. Clubhouse and fries is poet good if you eat there. Leaving the takeout container closed will result in a soggy terrible meal.“

Service was good, staff were friendly and food was tasty. The restaurant is a bit on the darker side for lighting, but still a nice vibe.

I’ve had the Lasagna and the Alfredo Mare Mare. Both were good, but the Alfredo was my favourite.

He was nice and pleasent but very cold attitude. If your visiting and just want a beer it's a good go to place but definitely not for families.“

“We had excellent service on Canada Day 2024 with our friendly waitress Pal. She was very helpful and kept checking on our party of 12 ages from 3 to 80, to make sure everyone had what they wanted. She put treats on the Robot and had the children go get their treats off the tray on it, which was a highlight for them. We could tell she enjoys waitressing because she does it to perfection. The food was delicious and plated appetizingly, too!“

“My friend's and I recently had lunch at La Piazza. The food was absolutely delicious, the service exemplary and the atmosphere is very cozy. “5 star for service is a insult to how amazing the service was 100/5 to date the best service we have ever had at a restaurant. Hates off to the staff!

Food was excellent, recommend the calamari. They have a very elaborate wine and cocktail menu, the cocktails were mind blowing. The menu is limited in size but in a good way.

The restaurant is multi level so even though it was full it still felt intimate.

10/10 will dine again.“

The service was equally as good. The staff are very professional, attentive, and thought of everything. The restaurant itself is very quaint and intimate which makes for a perfect vibe. I have lived in Halifax for years and enjoy dining out and this was the best restaurant I have been to in recent memory. Definitely a hidden gem. I will be back!“

Fresh with lots of toppings, the crust was tasty and not as greasy as Pizza Hut tends to be. I had made a mistake when ordering online for pickup, so I called and they fixed it for me at no extra cost and were really friendly when I picked it up.“
