The wife made me haul a camper off of the highway, downtown to stop by - (I only agreed because it was Moxies) Service was a 10 star – food was a 10 star – drinks were a 10 star – this is probably the most consistent chain restaurant I have ever visited. I always review each experience because with most any restaurant, whether it be Moxies or any restaurant – each experience changes but with Moxies, it is consistent.“

“This was THE place to watch the FIFA World Cup in Halifax. Plenty of screens and seating to ensure everyone had a good view of the games. It was a great atmosphere too.
Reservations were very easy and special requests were managed swiftly and effectively. There was a great selection of food and beverages and the service was excellent. All of the staff worked very hard during this tournament.
I have to say a special thanks to Ham for organising arriving guests and for playing ‘Three Lions’ after several England victories. George was a great help with the reservation process and accommodated many requests to amend them.
Two very special shoutouts though go to the servers. Whitney, who was excellent during our reservation of the Granville Lounge. She looked after our group very well. Also, Gabby was one of those members of staff that served us regularly and was excellent, ensuring everyone was good for food and drink.
I’d thoroughly recommend this venue for large sporting events and will certainly reserve space there in the future. They advertise their events very well on social media.“

“I was meeting my cousin for the first time in many years and he selected this British Pub. Food was excellent, with one of the best chowders I have had for a long time. All the typical pub fare you would expect including a range of pies, curry and a very good special - Lamb Shank. Good beer menu and a decent bar/games room downstairs.“

“Low key place to play pool with my munchkin and nephew! It's a pool hall and it delivers. My only issue is that they bring the food in from outside (I think Jungle Jim's) and it doesn't always arrive hot. Otherwise a great joint.“
