“Stopped by for lunch while on our way back home from NS camping trip. The wife made me haul a camper off of the highway, downtown to stop by - (I only agreed because it was Moxies) Service was a 10 star – food was a 10 star – drinks were a 10 star – this is probably the most consistent chain restaurant I have ever visited. I always review each experience because with most any restaurant, whether it be Moxies or any restaurant – each experience changes but with Moxies, it is consistent.“

“Stopped by Niche last weekend for a late dinner around 9pm and the place was buzzing but never felt cramped, the low lighting and live jazz set the mood perfectly. Got the braised short rib and it fell apart the second my fork touched it, honestly one of the best plates I've had in Halifax in years. Our server Kayla remembered we'd been in a few months back and even suggested a wine pairing that worked better than what we would have picked ourselves. Been coming here for a couple years now and it just keeps getting better, already looking forward to the next visit.“

“The food my new husband and I had here was amazing. Too good. Might divorce him and marry a woman or non binary I'm not fussy just saying the food was really good. I loved the squash sandwich and the staff were so nice and helpful and kind. Can see myself going back many times in the future. So nice to have soemthing like this is the community.“

“I was meeting my cousin for the first time in many years and he selected this British Pub. Food was excellent, with one of the best chowders I have had for a long time. All the typical pub fare you would expect including a range of pies, curry and a very good special - Lamb Shank. Good beer menu and a decent bar/games room downstairs.“

“Came to this establishment after a union meeting in beechville. There was a video game tournament happening. It was pretty busy. There are lots of gambling machines. The billiards tables were in good shape and we shot a couple frames and drank a couple beer and went home. Will be stopping here again sometime in the future“
