Stopped by Niche last weekend for a late dinner around 9pm and the place was buzzing but never felt cramped, the low lighting and live jazz set the mood perfectly. Got the braised short rib and it fell apart the second my fork touched it, honestly one of the best plates I've had in Halifax in years. Our server Kayla remembered we'd been in a few months back and even suggested a wine pairing that worked better than what we would have picked ourselves. This was THE place to watch the FIFA World Cup in Halifax. Plenty of screens and seating to ensure everyone had a good view of the games. It was a great atmosphere too.
Reservations were very easy and special requests were managed swiftly and effectively. There was a great selection of food and beverages and the service was excellent. All of the staff worked very hard during this tournament.
