“Visited Weird Harbour four times whilst visiting friends in Halifax. The first three times we were very impressed, great service and great coffee. On the last day, we ordered a flat white and a cappuccino. They were both exactly the same, and when we queried it with the barista, he said “that’s how we do them here”. Bit of a let down to be honest when we were raving about it all week to the others.“

“A large selection of on tap and canned beers to choose from! We tried the Lucky Punk (sour ipa) and the Mango & Dragonfruit (fruited sour) beers. Both were great! I'm not a big fan of IPAs, but this one was interesting since it was a sour! The mango & dragonfruit was a beautiful dark pink color and the taste was smooth and fruity, very delicious!“

“On a day pouring with rain we all need a hot cup of coffee. This is the place to get it.

This little cafe is cute as a button and as expensive as one too, an easy place to just sit with a good cup of coffee and enjoy the atmosphere. The barista is very friendly and it was a joy to talk to her, I even missed her when it was time to leave. Overall good place to go if you need a quick on the go or done in coffee“

“Stopped in with hubby and the doggies for lunch. Was thrilled we could have the dogs with us at the table on the patio and that there were water bowls provided. Service was a little slow and unfortunately our order got lost and it took a while to get our food. Kitchen tried to rush the meal to make up for the delay and our spinach dip was still cold in the middle. Overall the food was good and I would return to try the food again.“

“Wish someone could emulate this place in Montreal. Such a cool spot - popped in for some beer (which, by the way, their drink selection is MASSIVE) around 5-6pm on a Thursday and the place was already bumping. Love the huge tables and our door space - the cornhole game is a cute touch. We grabbed a pickle and chips which is self explanatory which was insanely good. Also recommend trying the sour beer options and the John Lemon seltzer which is essentially a hard lemonade but on the more bitter side which was to die for. A few people beside us grabbed hotdogs which looked and smelled amazing (so much so we tried to go back on Sunday and grab some to find out the garden is closed on Sundays). A really cool, chill crowd which really made the ambiance phenomenal.“

“I love the Coffee Pro! <3 They have the absolute best selection of K-cups I've seen. I recently switched to decaf pods and they carry a wide selection of flavoured coffee which I love. So many goodies in store from syrups to candles to other amazing local gifts. Must stop in Bedford. :)“

“Saturday evening (Feb 18) we randomly decided to stop by Jinloong for supper. We don't eat out much these days, but we were feeling like a treat. :) My husband had a combo Special A. It was a huge portion and delicious. I want to mention that my husband always finishes his plate. However, this meal was not only delicious but filling too. He had enough for in dining and leftovers for a take away lunch on Monday ! I ordered the Singapore Noodles, with no meat or shrimp. Our waiter was so helpful to make a lovely fresh enormous bowl of noodles with extra veggies for me. It was wonderful and I went home with 3 days of leftovers!! YAY!! This was such a great meal for "penny pinches" like us haha I'd like to say our experience at Jinloong was 5 stars, but I wish I could give an extra 5 stars for the lovely, helpful service we received from our waiter. He was a delight!! So kind, helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a Chinese restaurant don't look any further than Jinloong. The homemade sauces are absolutely worth every penny. The portions are fantastic, and the service is GREAT! We'll be back soon. I've included a photo of all our leftovers. “This place was recommended to us by a "local" in Mahone Bay so we thought we'd try it out. It was quite busy on a Wednesday evening, yet felt relaxed with a nice, cosy atmosphere. We liked the choices on the menu and both had a good meals.“

“The food here is amazing. I got a variety of pastries to take home and everyone loved them. I stayed and had coffee and chocolate croissant with a friend and it was delicious and a wonderful atmosphere to catch up. The person working the counter was not the most friendly but that doesn’t really bother me, but that is why I didn’t give service 5/5. Everything else was perfection. Highly recommend for a special treat and the other little shops next door made for lovely browsing afterwards.“
