“We were celebrating our anniversary and looking for a special place. Everyone said go to the Bicycle Thief. We were not disappointed. The food and wine were superb. We loved the lobster risotto. Katie, our server, was amazing. We can’t wait to return. Thank you for a fantastic dinner.“

“When a café’s main problem is that there’s not enough of it, that’s a good sign. This shop was like a shot of espresso — small, condensed, and packing as much flavor, personality, and charm as is possible. I ordered an espresso and a cappuccino. There were about 5 people waiting ahead of me when I ordered, and I managed to get my two beverages within 5 minutes. Truly impressive for two people working behind a tiny counter with one espresso machine on it. The espresso was very light, sweet, and acidic, with notes of cherry. Very good for those who like that sort of thing. It had a rich and deap crema, and came on an adorable saucer matching the espresso cup with a demitasse spoon on the side. The cappuccino was brilliantly frothed, with the rich milk cutting into the acidic espresso — the micro-foam perfectly combined with the milk. If only it had a place to sit down, weird harbor would go down as one of my favorite café’s I’ve been to. Easy 5 stars.“

“Stopped in with hubby and the doggies for lunch. Was thrilled we could have the dogs with us at the table on the patio and that there were water bowls provided. Service was a little slow and unfortunately our order got lost and it took a while to get our food. Kitchen tried to rush the meal to make up for the delay and our spinach dip was still cold in the middle. Overall the food was good and I would return to try the food again.“

“Grabbed an iced americano today, and it was pretty good, it was smooth, strong, and exactly what I needed. The vibe of the place is pretty cool too, really chill and easy to hang out in for a bit. Definitely a spot I’d go back to for coffee and just to relax for a while.“

“We love Garrison! Great spot to drop in for a casual beer and take in the port vibes. Their patio seems to get sun much later than many other spots downtown, it’s our go-to if we’re looking for a sunny spot.

Also, huge shoutout to the staff who are always friendly. They even pulled up a few of the deck planks to retrieve my lost wedding ring - true hero’s! ❤️“

“This was a really cool spot. I did some looking on Reddit before going for dinner and didn't see this place as a recommendation - ended up trying it out as we happened to walk by. Very glad we tried it though! Our server was very knowledgeable and made recommendations based on flavour profiles which you don't see often. Everything was priced similar to other bars but the ingredients were clearly high quality. We had the beet salad, (bright, fresh, zesty), lamb burger, (hearty, rich, flavourful), and salmon (crispy, light, balanced). I'd definitely come back.“

“Saturday evening (Feb 18) we randomly decided to stop by Jinloong for supper. We don't eat out much these days, but we were feeling like a treat. :) My husband had a combo Special A. It was a huge portion and delicious. I want to mention that my husband always finishes his plate. However, this meal was not only delicious but filling too. He had enough for in dining and leftovers for a take away lunch on Monday ! I ordered the Singapore Noodles, with no meat or shrimp. Our waiter was so helpful to make a lovely fresh enormous bowl of noodles with extra veggies for me. It was wonderful and I went home with 3 days of leftovers!! YAY!! This was such a great meal for "penny pinches" like us haha I'd like to say our experience at Jinloong was 5 stars, but I wish I could give an extra 5 stars for the lovely, helpful service we received from our waiter. He was a delight!! So kind, helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a Chinese restaurant don't look any further than Jinloong. The homemade sauces are absolutely worth every penny. The portions are fantastic, and the service is GREAT! We'll be back soon. I've included a photo of all our leftovers. “I love the Coffee Pro! <3 They have the absolute best selection of K-cups I've seen. I recently switched to decaf pods and they carry a wide selection of flavoured coffee which I love. So many goodies in store from syrups to candles to other amazing local gifts. Must stop in Bedford. :)“

“Came upon Stillwell almost by accident. There were a lot of places to get a beer in the area but the Beergarden offered a unique and serene outdoor setting. The staff were great, the beers varied and delicious and the food options perfect. So glad we wandered by!“

The pistachio croissant was incredible (the dollop of cream with pistachios is a delicious touch to a croissant with layers surrounding a pistachio centre- you need to try it sorry forgot photos!) Wild berry macaron was.. okay the only time I think sublime will qualify as a description! Paired with drip coffee or cafe au lait - heaven! The Bastille and Croque Monsieur sandwiches that we split were excellent! So good we got croissants and macarons for takeaway after!“
