“Went to Domino's on Tacoma tonight around 6pm April 6th. Ordered online and went to pick up . They were so busy because of the pizza sale and the hockey tournament in town . I very clearly ordered a large pizza on the phone. they send a guy who brings me a Extra Large pizza (common mistake). so he calls the store. he hands me the phone and the guy on the other end tells me im wrong and that I ordered an extra large.. excuse me what? im not paying 32 bucks. How are you going to tell the customer they are wrong. I speak VERY CLEAR English on the phone unlike the guy who took my order. this is ridiculous and the pizza should be free. dont tell the customer they are Wrong. ill be speaking to the owner. I used to order once a week. now they just lost a regular customer. its pretty ridiculous to get told that I wrong. you dont treat customers like that, I work in customer service and I'd be fired. they should be held accountable“

“I came here for the first time, found the place good and great hospitality. I was confused on what to try - they've given me many options to choose from. I am so pleased by their meat lovers pizza , it was fully loaded and their donair was the best in town. I highly recommend.“

“Probably the best order experience I've had. Ordered with doordash and doordash made a mess of the delivery. Ordered before 1am, by 215am they still never assigned a driver. The store called me to update me and while in the phone doordash finally assigned a driver. Since kitchen was closed at 2am they couldn't make one item on the order but replaced it with a more expensive one. Afterwards the restaurant reached out again to make sure I actually got the food and informed its best to order directly with the store. Went over and beyond, highly reccomend. Food is always great“

“Made seven great pizzas. There were 20 people there over my two hours there. We brought Nutella for dessert pizza it was very tasty. The wait wasn’t very long between pizzas. Come out and try it. Make sure you look for the checklist on the site before u come out to make it easier. Cheers Kirk“

“I was looking forward to having a donair for lunch as I haven't had one in years and I saw from the reviews that Panadas was supposed to be good.The donair I was given was incredibly small and deep fried within an inch of its life! it looked absolutely disgusting and it was completely stuck to the foil. I brought it to that attention of the fellow at the cash and he refused to give me my money back. I was offered a store credit, but I live 2 hours away so it was absolutely no use to me. This was very disappointing and extremely poor customer service. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.“

“Tried sasy’s for the first time this past Wednesday, got two donairs and spicy fries they were absolutely amazing. So good that I went back tonight (2days later) to try their chicken strips and get another donair and spicy fries once again they out did themselves! 10/10 would recommend!
