When you see an Indian restaurant with lots of Indian customers, it generally means that the food will be properly Indian. The Spice Hub never disappoints! Well worth travelling for!
I'm from Montreal originally and since Spicehub opened here in Dartmouth, I'm always disappointed by our old go-to Indian restaurants back in Montreal, which is something I never thought I'd be saying about anything other than fish-and-chips. It's a real gem, head-and-shoulders above the other options in Dartmouth for anything other than generic Canadian food. Service was quick and pleasant. The drinks are fairly priced unlike most places now a days who are happy to charge you $15 for a $5 beer. Don’t bother venturing into Halifax looking for good Indian food when the best in the province is in Westphal.
