Was at burnside around 9pm and was hoping that the Tim’s drive thru was still open. Was attended to by the most pleasant and courteous supervisor Sukdeep (?). She apologized that the store may not have the full menu available at that time and she gave alternative recommendations. I chose my supper based on what she suggested and when I got to the window I realized that she still needed to make it all by herself! Quickly becoming a really poor service location.
Ordered a plain bagel toasted well with butter, the bagel was barely toasted if at all, and the tea I ordered was very weak, my moms coffee was very good though. The ladies working here are very kind and I’m sure would have fixed the issue had I gone back, but I didn’t notice until I got all the way home

Tim Hortons offers a good food menu with amazing BLT sandwiches and delicious soup and sandwich combos. The coffee is rich and flavorful. While some find their coffee not as preferred as other places, the variety of drinks and desserts make up for it. With polite and welcoming staff, including Manager Rashpinder, and excellent customer service, it is a great spot for a quick morning bite with a wide selection of items, making every visit a pleasure.
