A true local. The food is so much better than you're expecting, with a limited but fresh menu that has something for everybody. The atmosphere leaves something to be desired, but it's emerging as one of HRM's most exciting music venues with weekly shows.
One of my favourite spots for great food, friendly atmosphere, and live music!

Woodside Beverage Room and Grill is a welcoming spot with friendly owners and great food. The curry is a favorite, with great flavor and a moderate level of heat. They also offer delicious dumplings and have a good selection of live bands on weekends. With plenty of parking and wheelchair accessibility, it's a great neighborhood pub to visit.
