Haitlyn was very friendly and nice and give us a lot of recommendations. We were on a road trip and we were all really exhausted and she made our entire vibe cheerful and happier +10 out of 10 experience.

Tim Hortons has friendly staff, but they don't serve farmers wraps or lunch items. On one visit, they ran out of apple fritters. Customers suggest removing these items from the menu if not available. Some improvements are needed, like remembering to include butter with bagel orders. A new manager seems to have lifted the employees' spirits.
