“As a person with coeliac its hard to find places to eat at. Majority of them don't have the understanding and always cross contamination. For the first time I was able to eat with no issues order off of the gluten-free menu on line. They took the time and effort to make every precautions. My husband was happy because we can now add one of his treat spots!“

“I recently had a great experience at The Crow’s Nest restaurant. It is a casual dining seafood restaurant on Water St in Digby NS with a fantastic view of the Annapolis Basin. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was top-notch. Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our meal. Our party of 6 wandered in (off season) and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. Tables were set for 4 but they set a table for 6 in less than 2 minutes. We all ordered a bowl of seafood chowder and each couple split haddock bites and fries. The chowder came; it was rich, hearty and ready-to-eat temperature wise - not blistering hot but neither luke-warm, bordering on cool. A very good variety of white fish and shell fish. This seafood chowder was some of the best I’ve had. The haddock bites came and our waitress split each order for us. There were again, substantial portions cooked exactly as we asked. We all took most of this away with us as the bowl of chowder filled us. All this awesome food, great views, and an absolutely professional server for a very reasonable price. This place is perfect for groups or a casual date night. I/we would highly recommend this establishment and plan to return in the future.“
