Yvette was the perfect Fundy restaurant ambassador and I was ecstatic to have a monster of a lobster! Apparently the fish and chips were good too but I was very occupied! DELICIOUS!!
The restaurant not great, digby is known for scallops. We had the sampler the scallops were not cooked, the clams were awful. Hubby had the scallop risotto, risotto was not cooked hard and crunchy, scallops were cooked on one side and raw on the other. The breaded fish was ok, seemed a little under cooked. Potato’s were hard as a rock. Never again for $100+
Had the sushi today and it was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back.
