“This Wendy's on Forrest Hills has been our go-to for years! The drive thru is the fastest I've ever seen, and they rarely mess up my order (once they gave me the wrong pop, but I was able to swap with someone else in my family). The food is always hot and delicious. We never go to McDonald's anymore because this Wendy's is close to our house and never disappoints.

Vegetarian options: They have great salads and baked potatoes

Dietary restrictions: The Chilli, baked potato and their taco salad is GF (I know these for sure because my wife orders them).

“I was searching for food from Tim Hortons and every restaurant nearby but didn’t got food from any of it , they said they cleared up everything like 40 minutes before closing.I was Hungary and tired from work so I came to Wendy’s at 118 Wyse rd. Store manager(Ms. Joan) was filling up the stuff at the entrance and I asked her if they have anything vegetarian.She gave me some options but I didn’t want to have anything from it then she modified the baked potato for with some orange juice and finally I had my meal .I really appreciate her way of feeding she find happiness in feeding people .Overall I am happy that I got something to eat at this late night and I want to see her in the store in coming years she is the best manager I ever met?and her employees .

“I’m a little late to post this ! It’s always pleasant experience going there Marin one of the manager super friendly! She’s always smiling and lovely. But I would love to bring a little concern to GM’s attention that there are few people who should learn not to start making faces right away at customer’s face if they ask their food made fresh ! This happened with me and when i saw it they started talking to each other and i could understand each and everything, literally looking at me ! I felt so awkward and bad that I have been in food chain and management 6 years and never treated customer like that. I mean what’s the big deal if someone wants to enjoy their first meal of the day fresh and peacefully ! But Marin was super sweet and I did bring this thing to her attention that why they are talking looking at me and why it seems to be a big problem asking for everything made to be fresh like I’m ready to wait and i was very polite she said she can’t understand there language and I told her Well I can because I speak and can understand that language. And it shouldn’t be like this !
I hope this comes to GM’s attention and this should be avoided, because it’s very convenient location and shouldn’t loose customers because of their employees mistakes!! And shouldn’t be getting upset if someone wants fresh food and talking with you very politely .“

Fries were reasonably fresh and toasty.
Boigah was juicy, crisp veggies.
Lemonade was great, as it usually is.
Service was good.

Things placed in the bag with care, and no fries were lost to the depths of the bag.

“I just stopped here for lunch. When I walked in, I couldn't believe how clean and fresh it looked inside. So much so I embarrassed myself telling the young lady (who was very kind) how clean it was!

Now I just finished my food, just a boneless box, but the chicken is just wonderful as opposed to other KFCs.

“My wife and I decided we wanted to eat out last evening. We weren’t necessarily looking for fast food, but we weren’t looking for fancy food either. We dropped by Krave Burger last evening and wow! The burgers were awesome and the fries were fresh cut and equally tasty with just the right amount of salt mixed in! The staff were wonderful and even recommended an alternate meal for us, which actually turned out to save us a little money. The person at the drive-through was courteous, smiled and was just lovely. She clearly enjoys her work and it shows. I know it’s just a burger and fries, but it was served with a friendly smile great service and we just loved it. Their burgers are amazing. You owe it to yourself to visit the shop.“

“I just went in to this Subway for a quick dinner as I’m too burnt out to cook. I wish I got the employees name because she deserves a raise! When I walked in, I could hear she was already in a wholesomely friendly conversation with the customer ahead of her, discussing and bonding over their culture and speaking Punjabi.
When it was my turn to order, I do not say this lightly, she made me the BeST subway sandwich I’ve ever had.
I try not to be too demanding but she clued in to every word I spoke in regards to veggie amounts, sauce amount (I like lots of veggies, little sauce) and she nailed it, as if she’s been taking my Subway order forever.

She was also smart with business and tried to upsell me, but knew to smile and understand because I don’t need a drink (I have Gatorade at home).

Instead, I ordered one cookie along my sub. When she packaged my cookie, another crumbled and she put in the extra cookie pieces stating “I’d rather not waste it” (again with a smile)- I will always appreciate an employee not wanting to waste food in this economy and being generous instead of unnecessarily wasteful.

Based on the customer service, friendliness and attentiveness of staff I experienced.. I don’t go in person to subway often, but if I do it will be here.

“I got to the mall about 5 mins before they opened at 9:30, so I sat down and waited. About 9:35 ish someone finally came and started to get everything ready. I had a feeling they were running behind and I was in no rush so I walked up to the counter and just stood there. I stood there for maybe about 10mins before he addressed me and asked if I was waiting for pretzels, to which I responded yep, and he informed me it would still be a bit of a wait, and I told him no worries as I wasn’t in any rush. He proceeded to get my order as he was rushing to get everything out for the display. He originally seemed a bit cranky, but I assumed it was from him running late, as I get like that too.He eventually got me my cup of pretzel bites and I told him I hated to be a pain but I actually needed another one, which he got ready promptly. I went to get my debit card to pay and he stopped me. He Introduced himself as the manager, and said they’re usually ready at 9:30 but he was stuck in construction and was running late. He thanked me for my patience and said that because he was so late and I waited that he wasn’t going to charge me for my food. I asked if he was sure, because I really didn’t mind paying but he said he wanted us to end on good terms and he reached out and shook my hand.It doesn’t seem like much but honestly that moment meant a lot to me. He was running behind and rushing around just to get my pretzel bites and still managed to maintain a respectful tone and offered sincere generosity that honestly wouldn’t have affected my view of the place or their staff, which made it even more appreciated. I actually welled up in that moment because it was such a genuine offer and he definitely went above and beyond. I believe his name was Craig, so thank you Craig. You are appreciated :)“

I like how they make the Dipped Cones here. I find other locations make the cones slanted which makes it messy to eat. The ice cream also doesn’t melt as quickly when I get it from here.“

“If you're heading out from Dartmouth on a road trip, do you really want to be making breakfast. No. Go to a&w and grab a cheese n egger combo with hash brown and OJ and get as an extra cheese n egger and hit the road. They will ask you a skill testing question though. Bun or English muffin. The correct answer is English muffin. Don't trust anyone who willingly chooses bun.
