I hardly ever go to Tim Hortons for various reasons however today I went to eastern passage Tim Hortons drive through. The person taking the order was attentive listened well(did not advise me of total should have done this).I arrive at the window to pay and a very friendly lady greeted me (most annoying to be called honey sweety darling babe she had only said 2 one at beginning honey and when finished to say bye sweety I don't believe in customer service it's advisable...

The store itself isn’t that big, so once the AC kicks in, the whole place turns freezing fast. I asked a staff member if it could be adjusted, but was told it’s set to a fixed temperature every day and can’t be changed. Apparently, I’m not the only one who’s mentioned it — they hear this complaint...
