“Absolutely loved my experience at A\&W Fall River!

I ordered the *Piri-Piri Buddy Burger Combo* and the *Masala Veggie Burger* — both were outstanding!

The **Piri-Piri Buddy Burger** had the perfect spicy kick, juicy patty, and great flavor. The combo with crispy fries and cold root beer was super satisfying.

The **Masala Veggie Burger** was a standout! Packed with Indian spices, it was flavorful, well-seasoned, and a great vegetarian option that didn’t feel like an afterthought.

Service was quick, staff were friendly, and everything was fresh and delicious. Definitely coming back for more!“

“Efficient as a drive-thru McDs but as a walk-in and eat-in, it isn't a great option. Counters and tables were messy with spilled salt and ketchup. Staff also focused 90% of their attention on the drive-thru. I would expect they'd have one staff member whose priority was the front counter.“

“Three moms and FIVE 3 and 4 years old took on Jack Astor’s and our server, Tiana was absolutely up for the task! She got giggles from the grumpiest of toddlers, kept drinks filled and ketchup cups were delivered on demand (which was a lot). “I went to this A&W late at night for my pick up order, and the staff were energetic and happily serving customers amidst their closing duties. I requested freshly fried fries and chicken and they committed to the request. One of the staff also offered me a hot beverage while waiting owing to heavy rain.

One of the best customer service at a fast food restaurant. Hats off to the employees, they deserve a raise. Will definitely be back.“

“If you're heading out from Dartmouth on a road trip, do you really want to be making breakfast. No. Go to a&w and grab a cheese n egger combo with hash brown and OJ and get as an extra cheese n egger and hit the road. They will ask you a skill testing question though. Bun or English muffin. The correct answer is English muffin. Don't trust anyone who willingly chooses bun.

Vegetarian options: Cheese n egger, pancakes if you're sitting down. After breakfast they got the beyond burger.

Kid-friendliness: Usually the children here are well behaved and seemed friendly enough.“

“I’m not sure what his name is but he was working the front counter, he had long black hair and was tall. He was super kind. Didn’t hesitate to bring our food over, play for a few seconds with my baby, and was just in general very kind and pleasant. I forgot to ask what his name was, but he was fantastic! His customer service was very genuine.“

“On Thursday July 18th 2024 I had breakfast here. Please keep mine I comparing it to other fast food franchises. so the ratings are based on that . I was quite surprised about the great atmosphere as it felt like a local breakfast environment with various ages and regulars in attendance during my time there. It's very bright and airy and it felt like a nice local spot that a privately owned restaurant would offer. The workers that were on shift were hustling and I found service was very good and friendly. They use a number system so you can grab your seats and enjoy your beverage before your breakfast comes which is delivered to your table.
They served up the usual A&W breakfast and I'm giving it five out of five for fast food quality . I find the coffee is very good and I'm a bit finicky about my coffee, in my opinion it's better than Tim's and as good as or better than McDonald's. The location is part of a large open mall in Sackville with many other services moments away and it's right on the main drag, Sackville Drive with easy access in and out and ample parking. It's busy viewing outside of car traffic going by, not much pedestrian with Lower Sackville being a suburb. I plan to go back and if I have visitors in town I would not hesitate to take them there for a quick breakfast.

Parking: Lots of parking and if they're busy w it's an open mall, with other services so a huge parking lot options.“

“Had dinner with my wife and 3 teens. We each ordered a unique burger, hotdogs fries and 3 different poutines. The food was hot, delicious and nicely prepared. The staff were friendly and professional even though they became very busy (dinner rush). The restaurant was spotless as well. We really enjoy gourmet burgers like five guys and boom burgers but I must say Cheese Curds is the best and my new favourite.“

“I go to this Dairy Queen location quite often . There is a cashier there , not sure of a name but she’s got blonde hair a nose ring , a septum and a tattoo on her arm. Let me tell ya she is amazing!! Every time I go in she makes me feel welcome and is so kind and always greets with a smile on her face . I genuinely think she should get a raise , or a pay bonus because her customer service is truly outstanding!“

“Never had a problem at this restaurant. Always has fresh pizza slices at prime times of day and night. Quick and friendly service is a big plus. I am not one to eat out often, especially pizza, but when I do, I go here for the Chicken Garlic Fingers. They are a must try.“
