Burger Restaurants in Millbrook

“The food was really good for fast food. I enjoyed their veggie burger and Haddock Burger. Both were good but I found it weird that fountain drinks are not included in the already pricy combos. Tasty but a little pricier then it should be. I'd definitely go back but wouldn't be a frequent flier.“

“Ordered a teen burger with a smash patty in the drive thru. No order display in the drive thru and no mention of an extra $2.50+tax fee for smash patty. After paying in full and asking for receipt I asked why the fee... she told me the fee is higher because the smashburgers cost them more because they're real beef??? I suggested her manager may not appreciate her suggesting that a regular teen doesn't come with 'real' beef. I also let her know I was aware that the patties used are the same...just weighted while cooking. Luckily, without asking she refunded the extra fee. The burger was delicious and what could have been considered poor service resolved itself and left me happy. To A&W head office...please eliminate the extra fee or provide staff with better positioning statement for the ridiculous up charge.“
