My wife and I recently met up with some friends at Copper Bottom for lunch and drinks, and we couldn't have picked a better spot. We settled onto the patio overlooking the harbour, enjoying the shade of a beautiful old tree while taking in the relaxed waterfront atmosphere. It was the kind of setting that makes you want to slow down, stay awhile, and enjoy the afternoon.

Our server, Ed, was friendly, attentive, and a lot of fun, adding to the laid-back atmosphere. For lunch, I went with the Fried Chicken BLT, while my wife had the Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich. Both were delicious and hit the spot.

Of course, no visit to a brewery would be complete without trying a few of the beers. We enjoyed the new Sparkling Blueberry Lemonade, along with a Broadside APA and a Flora Czech Pilsner. There was something for everyone, and each was a great match for the food and the setting.

The service was quick, the staff were welcoming, and the atmosphere was exactly what you'd hope for in a great little pub - casual, friendly, and unpretentious. Add the harbour view, good food, and excellent beer, and you've got a pretty hard combination to beat.

If you're passing through Montague, don't just drive by—pull in, grab a seat on the patio, order a pint, and enjoy the view. Copper Bottom Brewing is well worth the stop. Highly recommended!“
